Get a preliminary understanding of guest requirements and basic information

Make the quotation and draft the design sketch or image

Confirm the quotation

Draft the working schedule and completion date

Analysis and selection of construction materials by the client

Construction after the client confirms

Client commence the site works

Site works will proceed in the order of demolishing , electricity, plumbing, masonry, carpentary and painting works

Designer will coordinate with the contractors and monitor the quality control of the site

According to the working schedule, we will complete on time.

Client pay final payment after all defects completed
